Frankfurt is the largest city in the German also known as Mainhattan and Bankfurt, state in central Germany. Located on the river Main. It is a 2000-year-old city. The majority of Frankfurt has been built since World War II, when bombings destroyed the city. More than 150 years ago the city was the centre of the German parliamentary movement of 1848. Frankurt is one of the best industrial metropolis, Germany's fifth-largest city and Goethe's hometown. Frankurt is known with many museums, among them a world-class opera and theatres the first-class "English Theatre", and a world-class opera. Reaching and leaving Frankfurt is easy. Frankurt has excellent connectivity between railways, airlines and highways. It is the national transportation hub.
The weather in Frankurt is not very strange; like for very hot summer days around 35 degrees as well as for light rain. The winters can be cold and rainy but there is hardly any snow inside Frankfurt itself.
